The starting point
The wood window sills in this Laval sunroom had taken years of sun and moisture. The finish was worn through in spots, with water staining starting to show. Nothing structural, but it was dragging down a room that should feel bright.
What we did
We sanded each sill back to clean, bare wood, cleared off the old wear and staining, and restained them for an even tone. Everything around the wood, the glass and the adjoining finishes, was masked and protected, so the only thing that changed was the sills.

The result
Two days later, the sills look fresh again. Even colour, clean lines, and a sunroom that reads looked-after instead of tired. A small job, but the kind of detail that changes how a whole room feels.
