Interior and exterior. Walls, ceilings, and trim, plus full exterior repaints and wood restoration. On exterior and restoration work, most of the job is prep: we sand back to sound wood before any paint goes on, because the finish only lasts as long as what’s under it. You pick the colour, we source the paint.

Laminate, LVP, and engineered hardwood. We handle demo of the existing floor, subfloor inspection, install, transitions, and thresholds. We let the flooring acclimate on site 48 to 72 hours before install, so it doesn’t cup or gap a month later.

Floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers, from a straight lay to herringbone. On wet areas we install a waterproofing membrane behind the tile, so water can’t reach the substrate and there’s no mould behind the wall in five years. Minimum two visits: tile day and grout day.

New builds from the footings up, pressure-treated to composite and cedar. Footings, framing, decking, railings, and stairs. We dig the footings below the frost line, so the deck doesn’t heave and twist after the first winter. Weather-dependent, and a site visit is always required.
