Honest Estimates

We walk the site, scope everything, and send a written estimate before any work starts. What’s in the estimate is what you pay. No surprises added mid-project — if scope changes, we send a change order first.

We Do the Work

Kevork and his brother are on site every day. Not managing a crew of strangers — actually doing the work. You know exactly who’s in your home and you can talk to them directly about anything.

No Shortcuts

Proper prep, right materials, correct sequence. It takes longer to do it right. We’re fine with that. A job done properly doesn’t come back as a problem in two years — and that matters more to us than speed.
