K&T Renovations started with a career change. In 2024, Kevork Ohanes took a chance on construction, starting with his own kitchen. The work clicked immediately. He’d found something he was good at and actually cared about.
What pulled him in was the finish work: getting a wall dead flat, a trim line tight, a room feeling truly done. He built K&T around that standard, the kind of work he’d want in his own home. Properly scoped, honestly priced, and finished without shortcuts.
Today Kevork runs every K&T project personally, on site from the first estimate to the final walkthrough. The goal was never to be the biggest renovation company in Laval. It’s to do the highest-quality work on every job, and to make a house actually feel like home.

Honest Estimates
We walk the site, scope everything, and send a written estimate before any work starts. What’s in the estimate is what you pay. If the scope changes, we send a change order first, so nothing gets added to the bill without your say-so.

Owner-Operated
Kevork runs every job on site, hands-on, not from an office. You always know who’s in your home, and you can talk to the person in charge directly, any day of the job.

No Shortcuts
Proper prep, the right materials, the correct sequence. It takes longer to do it right, and we’re fine with that. A job done properly doesn’t come back as a problem in two years, and that matters more to us than speed.
