The starting point

The client wanted the apartment to feel a step above standard, starting with the kitchen. That meant more than fresh drywall. It needed new structure built in to change the shape of the space.

What we did

We framed a new structure above the kitchen in metal stud to give it a higher-end, built-in look, then ran drywall across the whole unit. Hung, taped, mudded, and finished to a Level 4 standard: smooth, seamless, and paint-ready, with every wall sanded and checked flat before sign-off. Two weeks from framing to finish.
